Retreat Information

Walking Meditation Workshop with Lynn Tatarczuk, LMT - Come and allow yourself to be open to the healing energies of nature and all she has to teach us! In this workshop we will use our senses to practice being in the moment. We will break the time up focusing on one sense at a time as we walk through the magical and beautiful grounds of Alnoba. At the end of each section we will pause, reflect and journal what we have observed and any messages we have received. At the end we will have a closing circle for those who would like to share their experiences. This class is designed to help individuals reduce stress and anxiety through meditation and mindfulness in a supportive, safe and nurturing environment. Participants should wear comfortable clothing in layers according to the weather, bring water, a notebook and pen to write down your thoughts.

Evening Meditation with Lynn Tatarczuk, LMT - In this session, I will guide us though a gentle, relaxing, and positive meditation to ease us into a harmonious energy to encourage us to drift into a deep, peaceful sleep. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and you may bring a mat and a pillow if you wish to lie down.

Instructor: Lynn M. Tatarczuk, LMT - Lynn has 20+ years' experience in health/fitness, mind/body and has been facilitating meditation throughout the seacoast for over 20 years.
