Plant Based Health Coaching

Health coaching is the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical interventions, and strategies to actively and safely engage client/patients in health behavior change. It is a well-balanced approach from all angles. Discounts are available for buying sessions in bulk.

1-on-1 Personal Training Session

Our studio is comprised of the main workout room equipped with anti-fatigue flooring, mirrors, and a balance bar. Our curated selection of kettlebells, weights, and kinetic fitness equipment will ensure an all-around workout, tailored to your fitness level. Additionally, we have our cardio room with commercial-grade cardio equipment to augment your strength routine. This 1-on-1 session allows you to focus on your routine, without the distraction of a rush-hour packed gym. Note: a Benchmark Fitness Test is required before starting a personal training regiment.

Benchmark Fitness Testing | 60 minutes - $50.00
Includes body strength and endurance upper and lower body, balance, and flexibility) The 1 - Mile Treadmill Walk Test is included but done a separate day. Note: This test is required before starting a workout regimen.

Fasting - Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Glucose, BMI, & Waist/Hip Ratio) w/ Consultation on results.

Both Healthy Habits Packages can be paid in 4 monthly installments.
